Carob and apple cake

For 4 people

4 eggs, 3.5 tablespoons of sugar, 200 ml vegetable oil, 100 ml milk, 1 glass of flour, 100 g of carob flour , 10 dkg of raisins, 4 apples, 50 of cooking chocolate, 10g of baking powder , ½ teaspoon of freshly minced black pepper

Foamy mix sugar and egg yolks, add the oil, add the flour mixed with baking powder, carob and snow made from 4 egg whites, then raisins and finally grated apples. Blend all ingredients with a blender and pour the mix into oiled and floured cake mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 180˚ C for 25 minutes. Now melt the chocolate. Mix it in a pan over low heat with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar, 30 g of butter and 2 tablespoons of milk until you get the glaze. Pour the chocolate glaze over a still hot cake. Sprinkle the cake with fried and minced almonds, then cool and decorate as desired.
