Ovaj restoran otvorio je Jose Avillez, biv\u0161i apostol Ferrana Adrie, portugalski gastro guru, TV zvijezda, vlasnik lanca restorana, kavana i pizzerija te voditelj vjerojatno najboljeg restorana u Portugalu po imenu Belcanto (1* Michelin).\u00a0 http:\/\/belcanto.pt\/PT\/<\/p>\n

Ovaj restoran oli\u010denje je jednostavnosti. Poslovno je dobro koncipiran. Hrana nije turisti\u010dka prevara i nije pretjerano skupa. A u svojoj bogatoj ponudi Avillez<\/em> ima raspon jela od suhe svinjske vratine, pite od biserke, bakalara s po\u0161iranim jejem, jakobovih kapica, bifteka s pr\u0161utom ili najobi\u010dnijeg hamburgera, pa sve do golemih atlantskih kozica u curry umaku i marokanskog tajina od janjetine sa suhim \u0161ljivama i kus-kusom.<\/p>\n

Od vina se nude fantasti\u010dna portugalska vina i porto. Naro\u010dito crno vino s potpisom Jose Avillleza koje je pravi hit u restoranu, a nudi se po pristupa\u010dnoj cijeni.<\/p>\n
